Design
Ask for the KPI or graph you need. Keep the ones that work.
Explain
Ask why a number moved. Every figure is cited to your data.
Act
AVA drafts the fix and waits for your approval.
Pin
Every graph is a live query. Pin it and it stays current.
Costs & fees
“Why did our effective rate go up in March?”
Authorization
“Which provider converts German Visa best?”
3DS & SCA
“Where can we apply exemptions safely?”
Disputes
“Which reason codes drive our chargebacks?”
Settlements
“Which payout lines did not match?”
Your data model
Your model, built on our canonical model.
Start on our canonical payments model, then reshape it. Split, remap, and bucket raw provider columns into your own dimensions, each backed by a rule you can read and edit.

Views & KPIs
You own the views and KPIs too.
Take our suggested graphs or build your own. Swap chart types, slice by any dimension, and ask AVA for the rest.
One AVA for your whole group.
Holdings, brands, and entities share one copilot.
Ask at any level
Ask at the holding and AVA answers across every brand. Ask inside one entity and it answers for that entity alone.
Scoped to the asker
AVA answers with exactly what the person asking may see, enforced at the query layer.
Your reporting currency
Every answer in the currency you report in, converted at each transaction's own date.

Security & trust
Audit-ready by default.
Your data sits in EU-resident infrastructure, isolated at the database level, never shared with other providers. Every access lands in an append-only audit trail. We build to be as EU-native as we can across the stack.

Payment analytics, answered
What Axin does across every PSP in your stack: authorization rates, settlement reconciliation, 3D Secure, interchange, and more.
A payment analytics platform connects to your payment service providers (PSPs), normalizes the data into a single model, and gives you cross-provider visibility into authorization rates, costs, failure patterns, and optimization opportunities.
Most sources come in through a file export or a read-only API key, without an engineering project. PSPs and acquirers: Stripe, Adyen, PayPal, Checkout.com, Worldpay, Square, Shift4, Airwallex, Worldline, ACI Worldwide, Fiserv, and Global Payments, plus payment orchestrators and card vaults. Fraud detection: Feedzai, Fraudio, FICO, TransUnion TruValidate, Sift, LexisNexis Emailage, Signifyd, MaxMind, DataVisor, and SEON. 3D Secure and authentication: Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check, American Express SafeKey, CardinalCommerce, Entersekt, Modirum, and Netcetera. If a source is missing, ask us and we will add it.
You start on our canonical payments model and can reshape it freely: split, remap, and bucket the raw columns from each provider into the dimensions you use, with a readable rule behind every column. Upload an export and Axin proposes the mapping for you to accept or edit. Your measures and KPIs are defined over that model.
Axin maps raw event data from each PSP into your model with a shared failure taxonomy, then compares authorization rates, effective interchange rates, 3DS challenge rates, and settlement timing across providers. Anonymised aggregates let you benchmark against peers in your vertical.
No. AVA queries your data and cites the source behind every number it quotes, but it cannot change anything itself. It drafts a proposal, and the change is applied only after you approve it. Every proposal and approval is recorded in the audit trail.
Yes. Axin models your structure as a hierarchy of accounts, from the holding down to individual entities. Views and measures authored centrally reach every account, and each user is granted exactly the slice they may see, down to a single region or brand. AVA respects the same grants, and every access is recorded in the audit trail.
Yes. Choose a presentation currency and every measure converts to it, each transaction at the rate of its own transaction date. The original amounts stay available, so any converted number traces back to its source.
Axin's settlement reconciliation engine matches each PSP payout line back to the underlying transactions across every provider. Unmatched settlements, settlement timing drift (T+N), and fee discrepancies surface in one view.
Axin normalizes approvals and declines from every PSP into one taxonomy, so you can compare authorization rates by provider, card scheme, issuer geography, and 3D Secure flow, and see where auth rate is lost.
3D Secure analytics measures challenge versus frictionless rates, authentication drop-off, and the authorization-rate impact of Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) exemptions. Axin shows where 3DS friction costs conversions and where exemptions apply safely.
Network token analytics quantifies how network tokens, compared with raw card numbers, affect authorization rates and interchange. Axin measures the uplift for recurring and card-on-file payments so you can prioritize rollout.
Interchange optimization means ensuring each transaction qualifies for the lowest possible interchange tier. Axin finds misqualifications like missing Level II/III data, incorrect MCCs, or token downgrades, with the estimated saving for each fix.
Fee creep is the gradual increase in processing costs over time, hidden in scheme fee updates, blended pricing changes, and small rate adjustments that compound. Axin tracks your effective rate across PSPs and alerts you when it drifts upward.
Yes. Axin ingests chargeback and dispute records from each PSP into one model, linked to the original payments, so you can track dispute rates, win rates, and response-window performance by provider and reason code.
Axin sits across all your PSPs at once and normalizes every decline code and fee structure into one model you define, so you can compare performance side by side and trace every number to its source. Analytics is our only product, so the analysis is built around your outcomes.
