Axin B.V. ("Axin", "we", "us") is registered in the Netherlands. This policy explains what personal data we collect through our website at get-axin.com and how we handle it.

What we collect

The only personal data we collect is what you voluntarily submit through our contact forms: your name, company name, and work email address. Some forms also ask for optional information like monthly transaction volume or which PSPs you use.

Form submissions are processed by Formspree, which acts as a data processor on our behalf under a Data Processing Agreement. Formspree stores submissions on servers in the United States.

Why we collect it

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry, whether that is an early access request or a question about Axin.

How long we keep it

We delete your contact form data within 12 months of your submission, or sooner if you ask us to. If we enter into a business relationship, retention periods will be governed by a separate agreement.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics (provided by Google Ireland Limited) to understand how visitors use our website — for example, which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive. This helps us improve the site. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses, and we do not use it for advertising, remarketing, or profiling.

Google Analytics loads only after you give consent through our cookie banner. Until you accept, no analytics cookies are set and your visit is not tracked. If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga) to distinguish visitors; these typically expire within 24 months.

You can withdraw consent at any time by declining the banner or by clearing this site's cookies and stored data in your browser, which returns you to the no-tracking default. We do not sell your data. For more information, see Google's privacy policy.

Your rights under GDPR
